Dynamic Synergy

In choosing a life upon this planet we wanted to express in physical form through this remarkable vessel that is the human body. It is exquisite in design and function, a perfected state of balance between a set of attributes that define us as powerful and unique, offering us companionship, guidance, inspiration, pleasure and the means to behold all that is ours to transcend in our journey of awakening.

Yet most of us experience a fear of our bodies which prevents us living within this joyful union, this empowering collaboration, and limits our bodies natural capacity for regeneration and renewal.

As we emerge into this advancing paradigm we are offered alternative ways to perceive our relationship with our physical form, the interaction of physical and non-physical and the powerful opportunities that present as we apply the principles of this higher vibrational matrix to our understanding of health and well being.

Through Dynamic Synergy we enter a new partnership with our bodies, noting it’s communications revealing themselves as sensations and symptoms and enabling it to release the energy underpinning these manifestations. It can then re-orientate and align with the reflection of this higher vibrational expression of our being.

As we feel more vibrant, as we gain in understanding of our bodies repertoire of suggestions, we move from fear to love of our precious and remarkable embodiment, allowing it not only to rejuvenate into optimum health and well being, but lead us towards an experience of our Soul and Divine Spark gifted to each of us and held within this expression of Source itself.

Method:

- we can work with sensations and symptoms that are presenting in the moment or those which have been more long standing

- we welcome our guides

- as I tune in I perceive the energies and through naming them they are transmuted

- I may also receive information about energies which have yet to manifest in physical which can also be transmuted

- following their release other sensations may surface for our attention

- understanding and clarity accompanies these re-alignments and a sense of comfort and relief

- we give thanks

The work is very fluid, a beautiful co-creation between ourselves and our guides as we respond to each impulse as it arises.
