We are helped to comprehend what a powerful source of energy we are. That we can direct this with our thoughts and intentions to create that which we desire. And that as sources of energy we effect everything around us.
The Orions
We can imagine a disc surrounding us at the level of our solar plexus. In this disc there are the positive attributes that we would like to have more available to us as I move forward in our lives, perhaps love, joy, peace, courage, more sense of ourselves, fun, friendship, laughter, excitement, wonder, ingenuity, imagination, open-ness, acceptance, wisdom, freedom, release, autonomy - and these create a feeling of lightness as if we are literally being physically supported and lifted upwards by this disc.
The disc has many bright, moving colours, and the light of the colours goes down to the ground, spreading out and also supporting us. And the light spreads upwards from the disc and our upper body is bathed in it, opening to receive, so that we are surrounded by a myriad of swirling colours, shining and luminescent, enlivening our mind and body, every cell, every breath, giving to us all that we need to experience the most joy.
